    Oh one or two.
As some of you my know we are the first company to come out with the "raptor style" letters for the TACOMA's they were a huge hit on Tacomaworld and other companies are starting to offer up letters as well because they see that. The thing that sets us apart from the rest is our letters are hand drawn in cad starting with a square adding and moving each node until they are how I like it. they are not a stock font. Most of the other brands are just computer fonts I wanted it to be exclusive to BAMF so I draw every letter out myself. We only had T-O-Y-A-M-C but I have added U-D & R so we will now be offering TUNDRA as well as TOYOTA & TACOMA.

    1st gen Size is 31.5" wide x 4" high
    The 2nd & 3rd Gen Size is 41" wide x 5.25" high

Here is the link to the letters http://www.bayareametalfab.com/Raptor-Letters_p_42.html

Don't believe you had the powder coat option on the letters at the time I got mine. That is definitely a good option as it will hold up better to sand/road debris than spray paint or plastidip.

3M foam tape is the same tape holding the Toyota emblems on your truck it's plenty strong when prepped properly.

Its not the strength but getting them lined up straight and spaced even.

Use blue painters tape as a guide and mock them up before using 3m. I made some spacers to assist also. Took me 30 min start to finish.
