    Good evening,

I am a first time poster looking for some help. I have a 2005 Tundra that had that terrible Toyota undercoat done to it due to the frame recall in 2014. Tonight I found out that there are several holes in the frame, but that there should also be a warranty of 10 years on that undercoating.

Has anyone been able to claim this? Is there actually a warranty?

The local dealership has been no help and have pretty much washed their ha da of it.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
    Thank you,

Unless you have a donor frame of roughly the same year, cab type, and engine/drivetrain type and the ability to swap.

Swap process for a non-matching frame (which is harder, welding required) can be seen here. Like-for-like swap would be quite a bit easier.

I've never heard of any warranty related to the undercoating treatment.
