    Team,

Looking to make sure I've got all the maintenance actions that are out there captured for my 2017 Tundra SR5 Crew Max 5.7L (non flex fuel) TRD Off Road 4x4.

I defaulted to the aggressive side, and if I'm way off, please let me know. I tried to scavenge all I could across the inter webs and the manual. If I've omitted something very much appreciate the feedback. Some items I adjusted to match up in terms of distance or duration to make life easier for me.

Goal is to keep the truck as long as I can so I'm trying to take care of this beast for the long haul.

Cheers and thank you in advance.
    Jay

Transfer case every 30k is overkill.

    Do you have a recommendation?

I did mine previously at 50k, but listening to some YouTube Toyota mechanics they recommended cutting the interval in 1/2.

Similar to the transmission fluid - they have no interval spec’d except for “extreme” use. I’d go at least 50-60k miles and use the right oil from Toyota - it’s about $160 for the oil so I wouldn’t throw it out more often than necessary.

My truck has 105k miles and I’ve changed t-case oil once. In that same time, I’ve done three drain and fills on the trans and two on the diffs.

    Some.
Note 2 and Note 3 need to be switched. Why replace diff and xcase oil when the fuel pump fails and the fuel filter every 50k when not towing or going offroad.

I don't see the notes anymore. OP, were they removed? Could I see them again?

I'm overseas and for some reason I can't load any images.

File was updated and much improved, but I think I have to wait until I’m back to reliably post. Seems only my cell phone works.

I have another sort version by time vs mileage I’ll try and post. Once I have all the corrections and inputs I’ll post the excel document and PDF.

    Hope this helps!

It's stuff like this that makes this place the best. Thanks guys.

Appreciate it! Definite work in progress, as the Dealer Manual, YouTube Master Techs, Forum, Chilton/Haynes, etc aren’t always aligned on interval (distance/time), but I think I captured (to the best of my knowledge) every maintenance action out there, and if not I will update.

No hurt feelings on corrections as I’m not a mechanic and don’t play one on TV. Lots more experience here on the forum.
