Coachbuilder Shackles "6061 Billet W/ Black Hard Anodized Finish"
    https://www.shopcoachbuilder.com/co...ilder-3-shackles-provides-1-75-of-actual-lift

We build our Shackles in 3 sizes and are compatible with all Leaf Spring, AAL and block applications.

+1"s provide .625" of total lift.
+2"s provide 1.25" of total lift. ** Billet Carrier bearing drop kit included **
+3"s provide 1.75" of total lift. ** Billet Carrier bearing drop kit included **

Using Our Shackles will provide lift but also correct pivot angle, eliminate side to side flex
and allow the rear suspension to pivot freely yet in a controlled motion between the leafs and shackles.

+1"s are normally used for factory replacement applications or applications using larger leafs with minimal lift required.

+2"s are normally used with leveling kits 3" or less up front or with larger lifts with rear sag, BDS 7" or Procomp 6"-7"

+3"s are normally used with large applications or for tow use. Anything over 3" up front (OME 612/614/613) (Coilovers 3"+) Also great when adding coilovers to a existing lift or if extra rear rake is needed for towing

We have designed a custom Poly/Graphite bushing to replace the factory rubber bushings pressed into the rear eyelets of the leafs. Factory rubber bushings use a steel center sleeve with knurled teeth on the end of each sleeve locking this joint up. Our poly bushings are specifically machined to mate up to the shackles.

David, PM me a price on the +3's if you could. I've got a 1.5" block currently and want to ditch it because I'm getting vibes, especially when towing.

    Thanks Coach!

I've got the +3s and poly bushings. These together really improved the ride and performance of the rear. Ended up with a tad over 1.5 inches in the rear and 3.25 in the front.

To me, if you do a 3 inch lift, the +3s should be used. Your front end won't look like it's nose high. Just my opinion.

In a world of pure junk out there for sale and bad customer service, you and your business really shine. I appreciate getting something quality for my hard earned money and the fact that you answered my call for questions when I was doing the install!

Very nice product. I will most likely get a set in the future. Just can't swing it now.

Hey David, what would you recommend for my 2015 TRD PRO. I put 295/70/18 Nitto G2 on now just want alittle more lift without compromising the PRO suspension?
Also would it need realignment after ?

With the PRO's we usually set them up 2 different ways..
One strut shim up front and a set of +1" shackles in the rear. This will increase ride height .50" up front and .625" in the rear.
Two strut shims up front and a set of +2" shackles in the rear. This will increase ride height 1" up front and 1.25" in the rear.

** strut shims are a excellent method to fine tune the front suspension without adding preload to the coilovers. They are laser cut .250" steel powder coated black and install on top of the top plate. Each shim is only .250" thick but provides .50" of total lift.

Yes, You will need to correct the front alignment after installation of the strut shims.

I'll PM over pricing on all items needed.

Great looking product David, I watched your video on YouTube just today as I was researching shackles, I am really impressed with them.
I have been considering a 3/1 level for some time now and I hear a ton of mixed information about spacers and blocks, a young lady in my fb group recommended you last month and was wondering what your recommendations for me would be. If I go ahead with the 3/1 what coil over would work best with which of your shackles, the +2 or the +3?

I put +3 and 2 shims on each side of my Ted pro. And rear is only about 1/2" higher. Not noticeable but it handles outstanding in the mountain with my dirtbikes loaded in the bed. Feels a whole lot better than stock. Satisfied customer. Thanks coach

Did you do the work yourself? I watched his video and it seems pretty straight forward. If all I'm doing is installing rear shackles... is removing spare tire, and removing back tires 100% necessary? AND any advice on adding shims in front?

removing the spare is really helpful and definitely worth the time. If your jack stands will adjust high enough you won't need to remove the rear tires, will need the tires to be approx 3-4" above the ground at full droop. Our Strut shims install just above the top plate and will add lift without preloading the coils. if you get stuck anywhere during install or ever have questions you're always welcome to call.

I'm getting a BDS 7 inch lift, has 4 inch blocks in the back, with an option of a 1 inch shackle. I want my 07 to sit level. Which shackle would work best and what's the price? Thanks.

Huge thanks to David @Coachbuilder1 for all the help and producing such a solid kit! With the exception of using a ball joint press that didn't include the right size fittings, everything went smoothly and very straightforward.

My kit included 4 shims for lifting the front end (2 each side), +3 shackles, new bushings for the rear eyelets, and a carrier bearing drop kit. I'll post up the measurements soon but I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Before (Stock TRD Pro height fit 35s with minimal trimming to the front fenders and removal of all mud flaps):

Any suggestions on whether to use +2 or +3 shackles for the back ? Going to put 2 shims on each side up front. Not sure if I want/need a rake or have more of a leveled stance. Thanks guys
