Need help. I have a 2019 Tundra SR5. Just installed an Anytime Backup camera system. I was careful to listen for the clicks when installing the radio harness. Everything seemed fine. The 2nd time I’m out for a drive my check engine light come on, trailer brake malfunction and it feels like the rear brake is trying to engage (bumpy rough ride), Pre-collision malfunction. Has anyone seen this or have ideas. Do I need to remove the system before I take it to a dealer? Thanks.

Update: ended up being a cylinder 7 malfunction. Dealer replaced spark plug under warranty. Unrelated to, but coincidental to the installation of the Anytime harness. Apparently the dashboard Christmas tree lights blinking are a dashboard indicator to that trouble code.
