Okay I think I have another issue, Slammed on the breaks about an hour ago to avoid a kid on a skateboard in the dark, Calipers kinda locked up (used to it on this truck) went back to the gas pedal and pressed down, but the truck did not move. Rpms briefly did not move either, then the truck almost just like snapped out of it and accelerated again unsticking the calipers. About a mile down the road the transmission has not shifted gears and I'm doing 4k rpms at 50 mph I let off the throttle and after a second it shifts. Now as I am pulling into my street about another mile down, the throttle becomes unresponsive. I would apply the throttle nothing, nothing, nothing... wham there's the gas. I don't even know where to begin looking for a diagnosis on this fiasco, Anyone have any suggestions or should this just be a trip to the Toyota dealership?

Any codes? Sounds like TPS. Other things can cause a limp mode, like SAIS issues too.

    None yet.
The first easy thing I'd try is to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes and let everything reset. What is your fluid like in your brake reservoir? Clean/dirty. So the ABS did not kick in? That's kinda strange.

No abs kick, I'm gonna scan for codes and then disconnect the battery.

I had the P1445 code 6 months ago so there is one of those small divergent chips plugged into the MAF, I do know those can trigger limp mode if it gets below freezing. Maybe that somehow got wiggled loose? Ill report back in a few.

According to what condition your truck is in under hood(we've seen some doozies), the hard breaking action could have joggled something loose !
