Have about 1,000 miles on my 3-2 lift/leveling job. King shocks with true chaos ucas. Has diff drop. Recently I'm experiencing popping in the steering when I'm at a stop and slightly turn the steering wheel. Also when coming to a stop and taking off it does it. Started out pretty subtle but is getting progressively more noticeable. Am I looking at a cv axle issue here? The boots arent ripped. What else to look for? Truck is 2017 with 41k on it. Thanks

Unrelated, If you lifted the rear, usually need carrier bearing drop. That generally does not pop, but have vibrations.

Most dont use front diff drop for 2-3 in lift in front. Do you have a front skid plate? Check for contact or interference with it and diff drop.

Poping can be steering, LCA, UCA, coilovers. Id look at LCA, check alignment cams for damage, check torque on all that was touched when lifted and see if anything else looks odd. While under there look at CVs, maybe one pulled out a bit when the lift was installed.

LCA cams pop when loose, can happen after alignment if they’re not set to the proper torque. Spec is pretty high if I remember correctly.

Ok thanks I'll check it out. I know the place that did the alignment said passenger side cam bolt is seized up and couldn't make an adjustment, which is a separate issue.

I bought the coachbuilder shackles so it did come with carrier drop kit. I'll check all that stuff out. Thanks for the advice.
