2016 sr5 crewmax 4x4

P0102. Maf low voltage "a" circuit low. I've clean throttle body, air filter and sensor. The data says i got a 6.18 g/s and another at 15.3 g/s. Please help. Which direction do I need to go. I uploaded screen shots
