    Hi All,

I purchased a '23 1794 earlier this year and love the truck. However, I've recently had a couple cosmetic issues.

The first happened within a week of ownership where the driver door and rear driver door were opening/closing simultaneously and the rear door trim chipped the driver door paint. I talked with the dealer and they repainted the door, but left the trim unadjusted/defective. While trying to get on the schedule to have the trim fixed and driver door ceramic coated, the same thing happened and the driver door paint chipped. I'm still awaiting to hear back and have it fixed again and will not accept the truck back if the trim is not fixed. Has anyone else experienced this or similar issue?

Second issue. The space between the cab and bed has a rubber insert (Apologies I don't know what it is called). My truck would squeak a little when opening or closing doors and getting in the bed. I just noticed today that on the driver side the rubber is folded in and lays on a black sticker to avoid paint damage, but the passenger side wasn't and laying on the paint, therefore causing the squeaking. I don't know how that happened and I sure didn't do it myself. It has started to wear on the ceramic coating. I folded this piece in, but it has warped and doesnt fit the shape of the bed anymore. Is this something the dealer should cover and fix? I'm really bummed my beautiful and expensive truck is already getting cosmetic wear.

    I appreciate any and all input! 20230218_095553.jpg 20230218_095432.jpg 20230612_184919.jpg

The door trim modding is gonna have to come off and stay off. I’ve been waiting over a year and they haven’t given me new one. I don’t care need it lol. I took mine off. You’re gonna have to get your truck back because this isn’t a safety issue. Don’t let this bother you too much.

rubber part I’m not sure. Haven’t had that problem or maybe I haven’t notice.
