2005 Double Cab 4WD SR5

Was about to jump on these at a local shop but they are 17x9 - seems like the genuine ones are 17x7 (and I would prefer skinnier). Does anyone know if Toyota made these in different widths? Does the red center cap mean it's a knockoff?
