TRD PRO TSS garnish

Ok forum members I know there has been a couple of guys who have made some 3D printed TSS garnish. I designed one that flows pretty good with the TRD Pro rectangle grille.

I have multiple different designs that you can choose from. I use ASA filament which is very weather complaint, and print everything with 100% infill so it's nice a heavy and stronger.

The garnish will work for 2014 - 2017 without the TSS sensor. This is for esthetic purposes Only. Don't have a way to see if it would work with the sensor.

There is a couple different models which you can see the pictures. All models will come with the necessary hardware to attach it to the grille. One model is designed to be a different swap with oem cover. No drilling or cutting is necessary. Then you have another model which is for the Bravehearted, it will blend in nicely with the grille.

The garnish was designed using a KOK auto parts grille which is supposedly a copy cat of a OEM.

Price is $60 which includes mounting hardware and shipping.

If you like the option with TRD in a different color it is $65.

@TacomaTRD4x402 garnish is printed. Hard to see the TRD in the pictures but it's a nice touch.

I don't have the newer pro grille yet but I jumped on this chance to get this soon as he made it available.

How it looks when you cut the grille in-between the garnish.

 

Looks good. Reminds me of the ZL1 chevy bow tie badge. One of their claims more flow lol

 

Funny you say that I have a ZL1 flow tie.

Also mounting is tricky if you go this route. Snice you grind off material off the grille you have to figure out where to put the inserts.

I'd share pics if I had mine thrown on yet lol. I actually just sanded mine and painted it.

Mines a 2014 with a grill swap. Don't have a TSS sensor to worry about thankfully.
