Can anyone tell me if this will bolt right up to my 2012 Tundra Platinum? Looks like the rest. I haven't gone down this road before. I'm trying to get something better than my OEM chrome Platinum grill without the price tag of the usual Sequoia TRD Pro grill.

Anyone have any experience with this one?

I have this installed. I'm happy with it but the installation process was a real pain.

The Sequoia grille conversion kit attaches the sides fine, but it does not include any way to attach the top row of screws because it's one piece. To attach the top I had to buy long machine screws with nuts and drill through my hood.

In other words, the original grille has 5 screws that drill through the top of the grille into plastic clips. Then, you snap on a cover to hide those screws. This grille is one piece. The top of the grille includes clips to hold 5 screws in the same locations, but you cannot access them to screw them in. Thus I decided to drill through the bottom of my hood so I could access the screws from underneath.

There are no instructions, but I assume the Sequoia hood is designed different and this fits the Sequoia fine.

I'll take a picture of my redneck engineering in a bit, but here's a shot of the finished product.

Thanks for the info! That's good intel but it really doesn't matter now. They told me it won't be in stock for months and auto-refunded my money. So, I guess I'll look for a different one. I'm thinking this one:

I'll be painting matte black. I really wanted the Toyota lettering on it but I'm not really interested in paying $500 for the actual TRD pro Sequoia one.

That'll be an easier install. Just in case other people stumble onto this thread with the original question, here's photos of my hack to the underside of my hood.
