    This is at full turn with 275/60R/20s 20x 9 +20. Removed the flaps and I’m still this close. Time to panic?

    Naw, just get a heat gun and a large socket and push the plastic in. I did that on mine. I think there are details in my build thread.

    Wouldn't hurt in case you decide to go bigger later. They're not all that expensive if you're not inclined to DIY.

    You can try pushing the front liner forward about a inch on the inside corners. On the bottom of the bumper, where the liner wraps around the bottom of the bumper, there is a bolt - remove this, push the liner forward and drill a new hole for the bolt. I am running a slightly taller and wider tire and this got rid of the rubbing that I had.
