TRD PRO Bed Mat missing on delivery

Hi all,

Has anyone recently received their TRD PRO and had the bed mat included? The dealership told me it's an IOU until toyota canada restocks? Just wondering if anyone has luck getting the bed mat which is included in the TRD PRO trim.

They told me, just to check in periodically, but to be honest I don't have time playing those games and chasing for my bed mat even if it's no further charges. If i had known, i would of asked for a couple hundred off as part of my negotiations as leverage and bought after market.

 

It’s not really surprising, especially with the whole “we can’t give you your second key until who knows when” fiasco.

 

I have a 23 pro and didn't know about this, My golf clubs slide all over, I need a mat for the bed. Anyone else get one after sale. I have had the truck a year and half.

 

they're suppose to give you an "IOU" with an official piece of paper and a barcode unique to your truck. This from my understanding comes from the factory, and they toss that piece of paper into your truck before Freight and Delivery. It's essentially a coupon to retain your bed mat once they are in stock.

 

I inquired about the bed mat last week. The factory that makes them burned down over a year ago. They said they may arrive by the end of the year but not definite answer.

 

My 24 Pro came with a spray-in liner... No mat.

 

I think it was an option, not included in all TRD Pro's
