For all those exhaust guros. I have a 2010 Tundra SR5 Double Cab w/4.6 I just put a S&B cold air intake. Woke up Motor, but needs a little more help. I have a friend who has a 2018 TRD 5.7. Crew Cab. He removed the exhaust system from Cat back. Can I adapt it to my Trundra? ( non TRD) Would I get any benefits. If it worth doing the exchange I can get TRD exhaust for free. I have the talent and mig for the job. Thanks for the advice

TRD comes with the same exhaust as every other truck.

TRD Pro comes with the TRD dual exhaust system. Most wouldn’t get rid of this exhaust.

If he has a regular TRD truck. There’s no difference.

Unless... the truck came with TRD exhaust as an upgrade. When looking at trucks at dealers, many put the TRD dual exhaust on them as an add on at the dealer. If I remember, it is about a $1,300 dealer option.

If it is truely a dual exhaust, his truck was probably upgraded at the dealer would be my guess.

Yeah, my TRD off road came with the TRD dual exhaust added at port.
