TRD (exhaust swap/upgrade)

just picked up a 2016 Sequioa. I was happy until I walked past when a co-worker started his Tundra (TRD). That's what they should sound like IMO. Has anyone done a swap to achieve this note? I was hoping it was just the muffler chamber, but any info would be appreciated.

 

Look at the search symbol up there lots of talk about exhausts. Many opinions on what is better than ABCD.

I figured. I'm a newborn here. Maybe I don't understand how this forum works. I Get that the Tundra and Sequioa share lots of parts, but when I am in the gen2 sequoia thread and search exhaust, I get all the tundra threads as well. I want to read about what people have put on the G2 Sequoia. = what will fit on the Sequioa. I'm not willing to blaze a trail. sorry for the new - not very new thread.

 

I was wondering too if there is a TRD option for my new to me 2008. I haven't seen anything for the tree, just the tundra

 

I went with a relatively cheap option -a 40 series flowmaster & it sounds great . It had the same configuration as the stock muffler , dual 2.5 “ inlets & a single center 3” outlet….

He is the master of Tundra exhaust, I've had three of his kits.
I currently run his 10" BAM with his resonator. on my 2014 Tundra.

ANd one more thing;
The problem with tossing a Magnaflow in your Sequoia is the drone you'll end up with.
I first had a Magnaflow installed on my 2014 and it had the drone from hell.
I then found @dirtydeeds and found his systems were the answer..
