I have a 2013 tundra 5.7 and need a new air filter. The truck has the TRD intake with the reusable filter. I need another one but they are near impossible to find. It’s the cone version. Can I use a different filter or does anyone know where I can find another? Thanks

    The cone shaped one?

yeah, impossible to find. The part number doesn’t exist anymore via the k&n website.

Is yours damaged? Since they are serviceable

Edit: you can use any stock air filter or a standard k&n drop in, the square ones. Since the TRD intake uses the factory bottom portion of the air box. So any replacement air filter will work, you will lose some performance (probably) but at least it will work and fit

Thanks for the info. I’ll buy a stock one and toss it in. My truck runs in a super dusty environment and is rather just buy paper filters and toss them. My TRD filter seal is about done for.

I was hoping that was the case just making sure.
