Hi all, new ‘24 Platinum TRD OR with TRD 3” lift owner here. I really want to install TRDpro skid plate but the sway bar drop prevents it from installing without cutting it, or install it with spacers, or install it under the sway bar like other users have done.

I saw a video (link below) that removes the huge sway bar drop bracket restoring the sway bar to its original OEM location. This allows the included joke of a skid plate to be installed correctly (among allowing for larger tires), however I’m curious to know if anyone has done this to fit the TRDpro skid plate? Please let us know.

Just buy a skidplate from Talons Garage. They make one that works with the TRD 3" factory lift.

I'd go aftermarket as well for the oil filter opening to avoid removal of whole plate every oil change.
