Ok so my transmission has never been serviced so it has the original fluid in it and I have 300,000 miles it’s a 2007. If I get it changed what are the pros and what are the cons

No cons. Do a drain and fill every oil change for the next 3 or 4 oil changes.

    Nitrogen filled tires!
I'd say that is pretty damn good! I'd likely have changed it at 60K and every 60K after that. Add some LubeGuard Platinum (10oz) to each change. Drive on and save for the day it needs a rebuild or you get something new.
