Redid my 4wd actuator and installed the transfer case, drive shafts etc. Started the truck up and I can move the shifter but whatever placement it's in the transmission will not engage. I did use the shifter interlock to put it neutral so I could get at the drive shaft bolts. Would that cause an issue? Also noticed there's a ground cable at the shifter linkage that goes to the body that broke.

    Thanks in advance.
