Recent bought a 2015 tundra that was traded in at a Chrysler dealership, the dealership sold me the truck with full powertrain warranty (transmission included)
Shortly after the purchase the trucks engine light came on and I received codes for transmission issues. I returned it to the garage to have it fixed and they did nothing with it and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with it, the truck started showing noticeable symptoms so I got in contact again and still no help.. upon further research I found out the truck was at a Toyota dealership previous to me buying it and it was recommended the transmission be replaced due to 4 or 5 different codes.. I couldn’t get the dealership I purchased the truck from to do anything for me and warranty wouldn’t help me either because the warranty was purchased after the transmission issues were present so I decided to replace the solenoids and filter in the transmission and followed the proper procedure for getting the correct level in the transmission but the truck will not move unless I overfill the transmission with fluid, any one have any idea what’s going on?

I'd read over your warranty thoroughly and you probably should seek legal counsel if they are pulling that shit on you. Sounds like they sold you the vehicle KNOWING transmission issues were present?

What codes were there before replacing solenoids? Sometimes replacing solenoids won't work if the port is excessively worn.
When you get it to the final level, after the trickle, you can add 1/2 to full quart extra as the ab60 can accommodate it. Is filter screen fully seated, o-ring didn't roll or pinch?

Thanks for the input on seeking legal advice, I agree they ripped me off big time and treated me with nothing but terrible service ever since. Perhaps I will contact my warranty and see if there’s anything they can do for me if I bring it somewhere else. If not maybe I’ll have to get a lawyer

Another vote for seeking legal help. That type of behavior is downright enragiating...
