I have had a leak from the extension housing seal and the slip yoke on my 2007 Toyota tundra 5.7l 2wd. So I replaced the entire driveline and slip yoke and extension housing seal and it was good for 2 days now its leaking from the seal it's not dripping alot but it is definitely still leaking
Any suggestions does anyone think I should replace the extension housing bushing I'm at a lose at this point.

Damn... there might be a TSB for this.. Not sure of it's still active... I had this issue with my truck back in 07 and 08, took it in twice for that issue.. I do believe it's the seal that meets with the yoke, If it's what I'm thinking. Back end of the tranny meeting at driveline.

There is a bushing in the tailshaft that can wear out. If it wears enough the shaft will wobble enough for fluid to get past the seal.

Thanks ,Ok have you changed that before how hard is it to do. I. Going to just do it my self mechanics will charge a arm and a leg.
So buy a new seal and new bushing should solve the problem, the bushing is the only part I haven't replaced.

It can be a pain. You'll need to take the tail shaft of the end of the trans and tap out the old bushing with a long punch then tap the new without nicking it. Easiest way to check the bushing is to give the yoke at the tail shaft a good shake. You should feel no movement up,down, left and right.

Yes... make sure it's for the transmission, just bought RTV for my SC400 for the engine and I questioned the cost as it was 13 and when I got there they said 20, so I said it's for the engine so I got a $13 dollar one.. the transmission is $20 more or less in my area..

Edit: lol didn't answer the question, yes you can buy a felpro gasket, or you can RTV it.. your choice... just wait an hour before filling it up.
