2011 4wd tundra, purchased used everything seems good but noticed when cold here in winter shifting manually or just in drive I don’t get a shift or rpm change to 6th gear 6 at transmission . Seems ok when warmed up.

If everything else is working properly, this may not be an actual problem. The truck may be prioritizing warming up over keeping the engine RPMs low.

    Could be low fluid.
It's more noticeable in cold weather.

My 13 4.6 does the same thing, according to my mechanic it’s normal and they lockout of 6th until warm to prevent damage.
