Hi all. I have a 2011 Tundra for various reasons I need to replace the transmission extension housing. I reached out to a Toyota dealer and using my vin (5TFRM5F16BX029067) was sold a 35180-0C020 Housing Assembly Extens $379.39

the unit seems perfect is all respects except as I was installing the unit I determined that the new unit does not have a mounting boss on the side

I’ve attached photos of both the original one and the new

can anyone advise me if there is a tsb regarding this issue. Did they sell me the wrong unit. Is there a kit etc.

Second. What is mounted to this boss

Thanks you for your help and guidance

    James
