Goin camping this weekend, so we'll see the towing difference. (If any) Considered a 6" lift, but would have to change out my trailer and boat hitch. Didn't want to do that so went w 3"... Wife loves the step, no more carrying a step ladder around:cool:

I had to find something my kids could use to get in. I thought about not getting something and just make em stay home but I like the look anyway. Yours look AWESOME on that truck
And plus, in my opinion the 3 inch lift is plenty for pavement. It's a good balanced look. I approve :D

In your opinion, the rake, could you live w that? Reason I ask is I paid for. 3" lift. I know the 6112s go to 2.75", w 5 adjustment slots. I looked at them and noticed the clip in the 3rd slot. Not what I paid for. Have discussed w shop and scheduled to go back to fix next week. I overheard the tech doin the work call over to another employee, "hey &$#;!,have you ever built this kit before?" 1. If it's on the very top notch on the shock, it's a 5160 not a 6112, which I paid for. Or do I live w it because when I tow boat or trailer, it'll level out... My thinking is that I'm not towing daily, make em fix.. also think they need to break it all down to verify which shock was used...

When they brought it out saying it was done it was level, but the stock wheels n tires, old shocks were in bed, weighing it down giving a bitchen level look. Once I unloaded the stuff back end rose a little

Personally I like a little rake, especially if you're towing or loading it down. What color are they and do you have the specs on the shocks? I'm not verse in the billsteins but what's the price difference? If you paid for something and didn't get it that's an issue. Like I said, I like a little rake. I don't think it's too much but that's coming from a guy that flattened his leaf springs out 3 months after buying the truck

    That I'm unsure of. It's a Jayco Jayfeather x19h, about 3800 lbs.

650 for the 6112s... Pics n vids I've seen of them show 5 adjustment slots and only 3 on the 5160 shocks

If you're not hauling daily, or even frequently, I say get em to fix it. You paid for something you wanted, not to leave it because they did something wrong. What's the rear setup? Shackles, blocks?

Truck looks great! What do you think about the 6112's?

I liked the performance out of my set.

Have only had the set-up for a few days now. Loving the new bounce in her step, and the tires, honestly thought they would be loud, but they are quiet. There is a growl to them, but I personally dig it!!!!

Nice setup. I'm interested in what you think while towing. I have a 20' travel trailer that weighs around 5k fully loaded and I can tell a big difference between my stock wheels & tires and the 295/70/18's I installed a few months ago. I'm considering downsizing just to restore some of what I lost.
