Drain and fill, repeat every couple thousand miles.

Don't have flushed. Toilets are flushed. Have or do a drain and fill. Roughly 3-4 quarts. As mentioned do again in a few thousand miles, maybe depending on how the fluid drain the 1st time looked. Important to measure and replace with same amount.

I went to my local dealer to learn what they did for their transmission service. It was some kind of power flush and they described a level check outside the factory service parameters. I walked away with no confidence and did it myself. Bought the various tools, the scan tool app to monitor pan temp, 24 qts Toyota WS fluid, and did a step by step service. Now it's right and I can do it whenever I want for the cost of fluid.
