    Custom PID with OBDII dongle.
Scangauge (maybe Scangauge2, I can't remember if both models support).

Constant monitoring? Scan gauge (Or SG2) as @shifty` has said.

Intermittent, or spot checking temps? I would just get a decent code reader. I have this one from Walmart. Connects to my phone. Works really well.

Mine is an older model, but it works really well. The software might be different on the new unit than mine

Just to add, though. Be careful leaving OBDII dongles plugged in all the time. Parasitic draw and unexpected dash cluster lights and other gremlins/anomalies have been seen by others on this forum.
