This happened to me last week.
About a month ago I went to get in my truck and upon startup, I noticed that all of my lighting was pulsing.
Go to drive off and everything was good. I get across town and right before I parked my dash lit up like a Xmas tree.
CELs, Pre Collision warnings, trailer brake, not ready to drive, etc.

Read the code and it gave me a transmission solenoid code. Truck only has 30 k on it so WTF?

Reset the code and was good for a couple of weeks.

On my way home it did it again so I drove by the dealer to see what the service reps had to say, one said that I needed a new alternator, another said that my transmission was shot and another said it must be rodent damage.

I drove up the road to Advanced Auto and had them check my less than 1 year old battery and guess what, it had a bad cell, replaced under warranty and all symptoms went away, also my range to empty changed as well, I thought that my mileage was super bad but didn't really notice.

I think that the bad battery was making my truck run like crap and basically retarding the engine. Go figure.

Good to know about bad battery - makes sense. I disconnected my battery and cleared the faults. Have driven 300+ miles so far with no issues. So far so good…

I did the same and was good for a bit, I would have the battery checked anyway.
