Long time lurker, thought I'd post this since I was able to get it resolved. 2010 Tundra, 4WD, 110k. Earlier this year (2022), while driving in the rain, this happened:

It continued for a few weeks, always coming on when it rained. In checking on this forum, I thoroughly checked the wheel speed sensor housings and cables, and they were all perfect. The dealership saw the error codes, and at first replaced some vacuum solenoid ($200 total). This didn't work, and the next step was the brake actuator ($1900 total). When it finally came in and was installed, it did in fact solve the problem. Expensive fix, but it worked.
