    Toyota sent me a survey to ask about the quality of my 2023 Tundra. I get four pages in and write about the wind noise quality issues, hit next and get this error:

    VerifySurveyStatus exception: Cannot open database "EnpSurveyPlatformToyotaPQS" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'ENPRECIS\srv.pro.web'.

    And then the app crashed.
