I’m also the worst with like food hoarding, or i forget if we have something, so while im out I’ll grab some of whatever I need, get home and find 3 more in the fridge………damnit!!! But some things like butter and brown sugar and milk are never a bad thing to have to much of. I remember as a kid, we would go thru 5 gallons of milk a week.

Yep, I'm the same way. I always buy cilantro, thyme, parsley, and shit like that because they were stashed under Mrs. Banditos bags of spinach and then I get in trouble.

No kidding - HEB does a pretty good job at keeping things stocked up during certain times but I remember the herb area being pretty sparse.

I keep a pretty good stock of the dried shit. I converted and panted an old library card catalogue thingy to a spice holder. It works pretty good.

    Awesome idea...
We are supposed to get an HEB here, but it will probably take 5-7 years..

    My pantry spices..
My wife goes thru them every 6 months looking for expired items...
AND, she is the one that organized it.
I had in order according to the ones I used the most.
She had to alphabetize them, without telling me...

    u9btu9hu_17abfb4320bc469824a89bd0cb8c603587f2fd8a.jpg

    Everyday stuff.
Lawry's seasoned salt, pepper grinder (I haven't used store ground pepper in 13 years), Kosher salt (haven't used table salt in 13 years either), and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
Use these 4 every day just to make the lunch I take to work..:eek2:

Thanks everyone! Happy to report we followed through with kicking some ass! We race two classes, pro eliminator and pro comp.

After a strong start in pro eliminator, our driver got a little excited off the line in the semi-finals and had to shut it down after going airborne -

    B1D0769E-883E-417B-B10F-DC5E9F22B15A.jpg

Ideally you keep most (or at least some) of the prop and rudder in the water. :puke:

Always a scary moment when a boat takes flight but thankfully he set it back down safely and we were on to keep fighting in pro comp flat.

We didn’t qualify as well in pro comp flat but battled our way to the finals and came out on top.

Completely exhausted but proud of our team. There will be a TM slap on the drag boat soon…

Yeah, I'm like 30 pages behind....I'm not even gonna bother, but I'm sure it's very enlightening stuff like the cure to cancer and end of world hunger level conversation.

Good thing he is a big dude or it would have spit him right out.

It worked out perfect because we had to splash fuel and go right back to the in ramp so he only had about 20 minutes before he took his next hit and he laid down a beautiful pass.
