I have a 2007 Tundra Double Cab, 5.7 engine, with tow package. But the gears are 4.10 (I think the .10 is correct) I was told that it would tow 10,300 lbs no problem. I was told this 2 years after I bought so that did not have an affect on my purchase. So with 4.10 still allow to tow that much? I tow about 7600 gvw Travel Trailer. thx

A little of this and a little of that.
You will be fine with your truck pulling that trailer

If you have tow package, I believe you should have 4.30.

    Hmm not sure
That is what I was thinking too. Pretty sure the 4.10 is only in base non towning package tundras.

Do you go into the mountains a lot? If you do,that might be your deciding factor. I would try it out first, since if you need a bigger truck, you will need all the same equipment like a LDH.
