I love the look of my GM style mirrors.

Check the build link in my signature.
Yes. The boost adjust in both directions, and can be gotten with defrost in the lower glass as well (the only ones I've seen with that option).

Not sure about quality or longevity (I have the Boost mirors myself). But I do know you will not get the EC (auto-dimming) function with those. I believe the auto-dimming may still be available with the Boost mirrors (but not entirely sure - I don't have it myself).

Unfortunately the Boost mirrors are not available with dimming.

So maybe a somewhat stupid question here but...side mirrors with auto-dimming?? o_O Didn't know there was such a thing. Heated, BSM, etc...but dimming...??

Am I to assume my truck has that option?

Guess I should get the trusty manual out....

I don't think I've ever had auto-dimming door mirrors. We are some spoiled critters.

LOL. Yup, your 1794 should have auto dimming side mirrors. I find them more important in my sedan, which sits lower and takes a bigger hit from the headlights behind me. It's far less of an issue in the truck, but they are still nice.
