3rd day of owning my 2021 SX. People say this truck can be sluggish, I don't find it so but I'm coming from a 5.3 in a yukon so ya know.... today I was driving with the wife and decided to flip on the tow haul mode as I read it makes a big difference. HOLY SHIT!! I squeeles the tires without even trying. My wife flew back in the seat and gave me a look like, "tell me before you do that!".

Can't wait to drive it again tomorrow :bananadance:

Couple that with S mode and an exhaust. Only way I drive now. Enjoy.

Yeah, I've known about this for a few months but haven't tried it yet. I generally drive fairly conservatively. However, today on the way home from work I came to a stoplight and saw that my lane was closed due to construction in just a couple hundred feet. I flipped tow mode on and felt like I was shot out of a cannon! I can certainly understand how this can be addictive!

Yeah, so if really want to take it the next level, do this. First, flip your baseball cap backwards. Next, engage tow mode. Spin it to 4wd. Then put your left foot on the brake. Stab the gas pedal while stepping off the brake, next brace your head for some serious whiplash. Finally, smile!

Yes it is amazing what can be done with a change in the programming!! I definitely recommend experiencing Tow Haul Mode as much as possible!

First time I did with the wife in the tundra she looked at me and said “I didn’t know that we had a race car”... LOL

Really, it makes that much of a difference? I just bought my first truck and curious to try it. I assume driving it for a mile or so won't damage anything punching it in "tow/haul mode"?

I only use mine when the teenagers in town pull up next to me at the red lights in their truck and think they wanna race. I haven't lost one yet.

I thought you all were exaggerating about the tow haul mode till I tried it the other day. Won't be doing that again unless I'm towing my toy hauler. Dang startled me when the rear wheels came screeching! I thought it was the Dodge Challenger next to me till I looked in the rearview mirror and realized everyone else was behind me. LOL
