Im in the market for a new Tundra, and one of the first things I plan on doing is lifting it.... (I have a 2017 Tacoma with an OME lift and 33s). My issue is that I have a low height garage door, the opening is only 7 foot.

For those of you with a 2-3" lift running close to 35" tires, what is the actual height of the truck, to the top of the roof? Thank you!

I think with that setup the shark fin antenna will hit.

I just got my truck on Friday and was finally able to measure its exact height for my garage door opening as I too want a lift and different tires.

A TRD lift is 3", but in reality, that is only in the front - the rear is 2" lift, so you really won't get a full 3" lift at the fin. So now it's just a matter of picking a tire for "your look", which is either height, width or a combination of both. I personally want more height than width. So I'm looking at the Nitto Recon Grappler below, which is NOT a heavy "E" tire for all that sidewall support as I don't need that for my type of driving. So even if the lift is a full 3" and the tire adds another 1.5" I still have 1.5" to spare!

For your reference, my Platinum crew cab, non air bag rear suspension, 4X4, hybrid is exactly 75" from ground to tip of the fin. Tires on the truck are Bridgestone Dueler H/T - 685 (265-60-20), which specs are 32.5" diameter. Factory tire weight = 37.967 lbs.
