Is there a torque spec on the trap door that covers the oil filter on the TRD Pro skid plate? I can't seem to find one.

    Thanks...

I looked at the install instructions for you, and no torque spec is given for the door fasteners.

I can tell you what the SRM says, but I'll need the fastener diameter (mm) and strength class (usually a head stamp). For example, if the screw diameter is 6mm (~1/4"), then spec torque ranges from 48 in-lb to 69 in-lb depending on strength class (4T to 6T). It's obviously not too critical if they don't specify. I would a grip a rachet wrench around the head to shorten the torque arm to near zero, and just snug them up.

Thanks for that. I've already had it open and just used my mechanical judgement. Didn't know if they were spec'd or not.

Update: I found a spec of 18 ft-lbs for future record, it was on the TRD skid plate parts diagram.
