I am going to have around 3k to play with for my truck running boards and tonnoue cover are already picked out

It is my daily driver and having having a hard time trying to decide between comfort or performance for the rest. After running boards and tonnoue cover I'm looking at around 2300-2500 left.to play with its the extended cab with the 6.7 foot bed

Was considering upgrading the factory head unit but otherwise so contemplating bolstering 5100 shocks in the front to get a 2" lift and whatever would be needed to do the same to the rear but not.100% sure.

What would you all do, suggest, recommend.
As of now it's an sr5 rtd offroad with no mods done.

Improve on the daily touch points.
Wheelskin wrap and Drivers Grip Handle.
Very little outlay and you will appreciate them everyday.

Since it is a daily, update the audio first, since that is where you spend your time. Head unit, sub and all speakers.

That's definite I can't stand factory systems, I used to do live show production so factory stereos to me have always been crap just if I can do it all at once or ifni have to do in stages. I'm really picky lol.

What system is that? And can you take a pic of the back? I am curious how it mounts and what is left visible from the original dash area. Thanks.

two suggestions that are inexpensive and amazing for the cost- seatjackers and rear sway bar. Under $350 for both and such an improvement.
