TNGA-F - Shared Part Fitments Between Models (LC/LX/Tundra/Sequoia)

So for anyone unfamiliar, Toyota has consolidated all of their various models onto a few shared "platforms" in a strategy Toyota calls "Toyota New Global Architecture" or TNGA for short. This allows them to streamline production and cut parts/tooling costs by sharing parts and manufacturing processes between different models. The Land Cruiser, Tundra, Sequoia, and Lexus LX are all built on the same "F" variant, making the full name of our platform "TNGA-F"

I'm interested in figuring out what exactly is shared between the different models on the F platform. Can we mount LC suspension right up to our Tundras? That may open up quite a few more aftermarket suspension options as the LC300 has a huge amount of international aftermarket support, especially in Australia.

 

I would take a hard guess and say yes, the suspension should be shared between all the models. The biggest reason for TNGA is to simply have the same vehicle, just look/function differently. i.e. Truck vs SUV.
