I'm a new owner of a 2018 Crewmax ... and I've always purchased factory service manuals on all previous vehicles to familiarize myself with the vehicles.

From what I'm understanding, TIS is needed to:
    1) Access repair/service manuals and TSBs.
    2) Run "Techstream" diagnostic software on PC.

Both are substantial functions -- I'm going to limit this post to item #1 for now.

"Standard" TIS subscriptions are pricey , see : https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/appmanager/t3/ti?_pageLabel=ti_whats_tis&_nfpb=true
    - $20 for 2 days
    - $90 per month
    - $480 per year.

Is it possible to just buy the 2-day subscription and then download the entire factory service manual in one go, for my specific truck? (Preferably in Acrobat/PDF file format, for easy printing)

Or do you have to go section-by-section, and download separately? If there are 100s of sections, this could be tedious.

Does TIS even allow you to download documents? If I have to print or save every individual screenshot -- probably 1000s of pages -- that would be ridiculous.

I have a pdf file both searchable and a menu of both the vehicle and electrical. 18000 pages? There is a link if you search for it. 78MB?. It covers 2014 and up from the SR to the 1794. 2018 does have minor changes but most are covered by the limited, platinum and 1794 in prior to 2018 years.
Techstream can also be downloaded from a link with password signin provided. Follow other postings and you will find almost all changes you want from a spare key programmed to vehicle functions.
Ebay has the adapter cable but dont use the software provided as most are all infected with malware.
