I know there are umpteen posts in regards to tire size but what’s one more?!?
Currently have 275/65/18 (stock) on my 2016 TRD Off Road. I plan to install a 2.5 front level at the time of new tire installation. What size of tire (nothing crazy, just slightly beefier/larger) could I run without rubbing or any trimming. I’m a stay at home dad that is constantly getting two little ones out of the truck, so I’m looking for something practical, but larger And cooler. Leaning toward to the BFG KO2. Any help is appreciated.

I currently have 275/70/18 BFG K02s on my truck with a 3.25"/1" lift. But, I had those same tires on my truck before it was lifted. The key was different rims - mine have a +30 offset.

My K02s wore ok - but I had a slight alignment issue which made them wear a little uneven, and when that happened they became loud as hell. I just purchased some 295/70/18 Ridge Grapplers which I am hoping to get put on the truck in the next few weeks.

No rubbing at all before the lift?
