On my 2006 tundra I have 3 inch blocks on the front and I’m putting 20x12 -44 rims on it and I’m gonna do Atturo trail blade mt’s but I’m debating over 33x12.5R20’s or the 32.2x11.7R20’s

12" is pretty wide on a first gen. I think that's in the ballpark of 4.75 backspacing which might cause interference between the tire and upper arm. The skinnier tire is probably a safer bet but might look funny with 11" wide tread and 13" of wheel, keep in mind bead to bead is always an inch wider than the advertised width.

Maybe someone with 20s can chime in.
