I have always understood that the 2006 Tundra v6 had a timing belt. I learned today from Toyota dealers that mine has a chain. Again, I assume it needs no maintenance unless there are issues. Is this correct? Thanks very much.

    If it’s the 4.0L 1GR-FE yes it’s chain.
