As I work through the last of random squeaks and pops from my sway bar links, I am getting into wheels and tires.

I have my 2.5 inch lift with not much front bumper to worry about.

I have these gulf coast wheels which are in bad shape. Can’t find the center caps and it’s time to move on anyways.

Came across a set of TRD pro wheels which I’m into but I’m trying to find out how wide I can go.

Currently they have 265/75/16 on them but there is a lot of room.

I have JBA upper arms which I think add a bit of clearance also.

I’m trying to stay away from wheel spacers and another big factor is I want a full size spare under the bed. The bed gets full of stuff on hunting trips.

Probably end up with a BF Goodrich tire. I like that I can get them anywhere along the Highway in most cases (a pinch and along my hunting route there is a few discount tires ).

    So I’m looking at 275/75/17 or 285/70/17 ? Or even 275/70/17
