2017 5.7L 4wd 46k miles, still under 75k warranty..... So I thought I noticed it before, but hadn't heard it in a while. But yesterday on my way home, my windows were down and noticed a slight ticking noise coming from the front end of the truck I believe. It's not rhythmic, so it's not like a nail in the tire ticking on the road. But it also doesn't do it when stopped, so it's not the engine. Any insight appreciated. Truck still drives fine and normal, but would rather get it straight if something is potentially wrong so it doesn't turn into something bigger....especially with a list going on soon. Can catch it very faint in video. Easier to catch with headphones on.

2 things come to mind: 1 - rock in the tire tread (more likely); 2 - something vibrating in the brake caliper or backing plate - have the brakes been serviced lately? (less likely)

I don't believe rock or nail since it's not a rhythmic tick and doesn't go with speed of tire's spinning. haven't serviced brakes, just rotated tires every 5k miles.

I have a 2023 tundra and just noticed this same thing on my truck. Did you ever find out what it is?

You should probably post on Gen3 forum, considering they use completely different engines.
