I've been going round and round about my headlight upgrade lately and i've decided to start with the Morimoto bulbs instead of the 2019 Trd Pro Led assemblies due to cost. I'm a little sad about it but anything is better than the stock halogens. I want to upgrade the DRL to LED also but curious what people think about the switchback style compared to all amber all the time? Personally I enjoy the bright amber look but also like the clean bright white look.

I've done the TRD Pro headlight upgrade and I kept the amber DRL's. Just like the way it looks.

do they turn white when the headlights come on or stay amber? If amber, do they get drowned out at all from the brightness of the actual led headlight?

I am running switch backs on my Spyders. They are bright white but switch to amber when you use your turn signal

I had the diode dynamics switchback leds on my 2017 Tundra. The amber DRLs do look sharp.9A624C29-83C4-4CCE-967E-408B958563BD.jpg

I did a retro fit with projectors, switchback drls, switchback turn signals, RGB demon eyes & RGB halos to my OEM headlights.
