    Worn retainer clip or warped bulge. Loosen all the 10mm bolts, snap it back in and tighten, but not too tight.

    Find a large tree. From three feet out hit the gas. The impact should pop it right back in. Or try the other advice given.

    Had an sequoia do that and the clip was broke. It’s was on a 08.
