I had almost the exact car. My buddy had the GTP, I had the ‘98 GTX with the air rams in silver. I loved that car, I have no clue if I even have pictures of it anymore.

Nice GP GTP! I had a 1997 GP GT in a dark forest green. I loved that car, and certainly do miss it.

Yeah; knees, back, memory, vision, strength, stamina, definitely!

carburetors that can be rebuilt on the side of the road. Distributor points that you can clean up and adjust. Doing all night what now takes all night to do!

I feel bad every time I think about almost getting a 65 GTO for 800.00 dollars. I had just turned 16 at the time (1970) and desperately wanted this car. I had the money for the car but insurance was going to be 1200 or so and that put the kibosh on the whole deal. Fracking insurance.

OMG I had one of those.
1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, but mine was silver.
A 4-cylinder turbo charged engine, it was like a lawnmower engine in a sedan.
Traded it in after 1 year for a 1988 GMC stepside PU.

I miss really good concerts at a reasonable price. I was fortunate to see many bands in their prime multiple times. Aerosmith, AC/DC, Van Halen, Ozzy, Tom Petty, Stones, etc. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg like today's tickets.

miss regular family get togethers at grandparents/parents homes. there's that saying, once they're no longer with us the get togethers stop. i have and try to pull everyone together but the motivation from others isn't there so much anymore.

I miss having the family that I used to have when I was a kid. When we are larger before everyone started passing away or drifting apart. The holidays were a lot less lonely and they felt more important than they do now.

I miss summer vacations with friends. I miss having friends like I used to when I was a kid. I miss a lot, I suppose.

I miss the Colorado 4x4 trails that were our stomping grounds during our youth. We used to conquer a new trail almost every weekend and hardly ever see another person along the way. Camping with friends, shooting our guns and having bonfires at the end of the trail and not having to be worried about forest fires.

You said a mouthful. My wife's family had Sunday dinners until her father passed in Oct. '19. The whole family fell apart. Out of four sisters, only two talk to each other.

My wife finally quit trying and just doesn't even bother anymore. Life has been good now without the drama.

I had a ZX-7 just like that in High School. That was such a fun street bike.
