    ok. I'm using a 4 pin switch. yellow, red1,red2,black
....my yellow (pin1)should go to direct 12v power
....my red2 and red3 are tied together, and going to acc in fuse box.
my blk (pin4) to ground near fuse box at 10mm bolt.
... I used a light blue wire and a green wire under the dash, but something is wrong

sorry you all, I thought was responding to my own message.
..yes, I'm having a hard time with adding foglights using the factory 07 Tundra sr5 wires.
( I have the led fog lights with the ring, that I'll incorporate somehow.)
    ....thank you for your advice!

Check the build link in my signature.
Let’s start with a picture of this switch and the pigtail or connector it’s using. Need to understand better what exactly we’re looking at for connections. Typically you’ve got the switch circuit (2 wires) and backlight/illumination (2 wires).

Will the lights themselves be plugging into factory wiring in the front bumper? Is there factory wiring there? What sort of kit do you have for the fogs - some more specific details will be helpful.

There isn’t a switch that will handle the load of powering the lights themselves directly, so you’re looking at needing a relay. If you’re using factory wiring, then need to determine if the truck has the relay or not (or the wiring at all - it’s been a while since I dig into the 2007 specifically).

I've got a relay, and yes sir, it does have the factory wiring, I do have Power at the backlit switch but foglights still do not work.

I'll get a pic or two of what I did and that might help. Also, I'll get few close up pics of the wires and switch

    thanks again
