Turns out the dealerships lowball offer was a blessing in disguise. No way a WRX is helping with hurricane cleanup. Day 7 no power. Hope everyone in the path is safe. I know lots of people have it way worse than I do. IMG_9079.jpg

I've been using my new Tundra for cleanup as well! We got winds and rain out of this world in upstate SC but nothing like the rain they saw in western NC...

What?! We're so close. I'm in Silverleaf off Old Spartanburg. We had some houses with some major damage but luckily ours faired well. Just lots of large tops of poplar trees twisted off and landed in the backyard. One branch did damage our roof a bit but it was fixable. I was thinking about Botany woods. They usually get hit pretty hard in these storms. I remember the tornado that went through there a couple years ago.

I live in Asheville and have a church north of town. It's horrible.
The remote towns are worse as people have been cut off.
