    Hi all,
    2 how to questions.
1.my washer fluid tubing had a tear in one of them, will that prevent any fluid from flowing from the reservoir? When I pulled back on the washer switch on the wiper arm I could hear the motor but nothing was coming out, leaking or anything so was thinking it might be something other than the hose?

2.my telescoping, tilt wheel under the wheel does not work anymore, would this be a fuse or something more ?

    thanks all

The washer pump thing is an elimination process. If tank has water, and pump is working, run it and find where fluid is leaking. I’ve had to replace the “T” where it splits to both sides on my wife’s Camry and my tundra. Drip irrigation t is like $0.45 and is same size. Sometimes the hose routing is a pain though.
For telescoping steering wheel I’m at a loss, mine tilts but doesn’t telescope and it’s manually activated with a lever under steering column.

Clean the fluid nozzles with a needle, take the hose off the tank and try to blow through it. Does fluid exit tank with hose removed?
Sometimes constant telescoping causes the wire to pull apart and break over time. Check wire conditions at flex point. Check fuses.

Can you hear the pump working at all when turned on? I've had pumps go bad before. Pretty easy fix if the pump is bad. As for the telescoping wheel, could be a fuse, more than likely on a shared circuit. Probably be easiest to start pulling and inspecting one by one.
